These fire-resistant containers are innovative products that protect potentially flammable goods against the threat of fire. The exceptional insulation properties are achieved by the use of a unique combination of technical textiles which prevent the propagation of both internal and external fires.
Fire-resistant containers work in several ways. They contain the fire within the bag (e.g. burning batteries on a plane) and prevent the fire spreading to adjacent items and materials. They also give extra time for responders to get the risk under control to allow people to escape the vicinity. Finally, they prevent an external fire igniting a vulnerable and/or flammable cargo.
