Description
FLAIM fire safety training is an immersive learning solution for fire extinguisher training. When used correctly, fire extinguishers are effective 95% of the time. The FLAIM Extinguisher aims to give everyone the chance to know how to prepare and protect their colleagues and loved ones, in a safe, modern training environment. With over 65 realistic, industry-specific scenarios, including office, kitchen, construction, healthcare, education, energy, transport, food services and defence, you are able to conduct contextualised training and engage learners with real-world fires in places they recognise.
Training with FLAIM Extinguisher allows users to experience a simulated fire in a controlled and safe environment, which significantly reduces the risk of injury, damage to property and environmental impact. Users can learn and practice how to select the correct types of fire extinguisher dependent on the fire type, use the fire extinguisher correctly and learn how to put a fire out effectively, through a number of realistic simulations, without putting themselves or others in harm’s way.
By choosing VR (Virtual Reality) to conduct training serials, the need to set up a real fire is eliminated. Setting real fires can be expensive and time-consuming to transport and set up the required equipment; there is also an environmental impact to consider. With VR there are no more concerns about the impact of the weather on the day of training or any impact on the environment.
Through VR, trainers can repeat the training as often as necessary and help learners to identify and correct mistakes. By using VR, learners are also more likely to remember what they have learned, which can help them respond effectively in a real-life emergency situation. Plus, you can take your FLAIM Extinguisher system with you anywhere, even on an aeroplane!
