Description
The Drallim MC2-QEC helicopter tie-down lashing is a proven, lightweight, user-friendly lashing for heavier helicopters. Specifically designed to secure larger helicopters to shipboard heliports and used onboard many superyachts and cruise ships, the MC2-QEC is the ‘go-to’ embarked helicopter lashing for heavier helicopters.
This nylon webbing tie-down has a fast, single action over centre mechanism which gives tension and locking in one easy movement. Unlike inferior ratchet-type lashings, it is impossible to over tension the MC2-QEC. Any over-tensioned of lashings can cause significant damage to aircraft parts, often unseen and possibly causing significant unserviceability. Once secured, any slack can be taken up without reloading the mechanism. Release of the unit is a reverse single action.
This product is made to order and may have a custom name printed on the webbing.
Made in the UK, the design load is 4536 kg and its ultimate load is 6804 kg.
