Description
Starflex Type 1 is an uncoated white hose approved for marine use under the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) in diameters up to 1¾” (45mm). Due to its lightweight design, Starflex Type 1 is also ideal for general purpose firefighting, washdown and dust suppression applications.
The Starflex range is manufactured to BS 6391 and is suitable for use with sea water/brackish water and is immune to mildew & bacteria. Available in a choice of lengths, diameters and colours, Starflex can be supplied with any British or international couplings (light alloy or gunmetal) for compatibility to existing equipment.
