Description
This fire equipment cabinet is fitted with a central shelf, to store 2 folded uniforms and helmets. The lower section has 2 sprung Breathing Apparatus (BA) clips, to hold the Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBAs), in place. There are also nylon webbing straps, with quick release buckles, to hold spare BA cylinders.
The cabinet is fitted with an AS roller shutter door, making access to the contents possible where there would not be room to open a conventional, hinged door, making it ideal for use in tight spaces. The design ensures a high level of rigidity for the relatively low weight, with a very effective EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) seal around the door aperture.
The cabinet is manufactured using Lloyds-approved composites, including UV-resistant gelcoats, to provide long-lasting protection, in even the harshest environments. This is backed up with an excellent IP rating of 56. It has both Lloyds and ABS approvals. Standard colour is red (RAL3000) and labelled “FIREFIGHTERS EQUIPMENT” in 75 mm white lettering in one language only – please confirm the required colour and label language, when ordering.
