Description
This case has been specifically designed to contain the majority of items within our recommended Jet A-1 Minimum Helicopter Refuel Equipment Bundle (REF-11046), with the exception of the stainless steel buckets and sample drums. The case contains 2 lays of pre-cut foam to store the other items.
The case, when filled with the necessary equipment, is easily transported (carry or using the wheels) to the dockside to conduct field Jet A-1 fuel sampling and testing at the bowser, ensuring all items required are kept together and available on site, without forgetting any! The foam also protects all the items, many of which are either made of glass and/or are fragile.
The strong, black case is made from copolymer polypropylene, which is robust and waterproof. It has both a heavy-duty carry handle and wheels with a retractable pull-handle. In addition, it has strong hinges and lockable securing mechanisms (using padlocks, not included).
The 2 foam inserts are precision-cut specifically for the items contained within our Jet A-1 Minimum Helicopter Refuel Equipment Bundle (REF-11046), as supplied by us, as shown in the list below. The foam is high density, dual-coloured (red/black), shadow foam. This ensures it is easy to see if any items are missing, during any audits and visual inspections, making item control much faster, easier and safer. Each item cut-out in the foam incorporates push-point technology, to assist the user when removing tools; when one end of the tool is pushed down, the other end of the tool rises up, making it easy to pick up and remove.

NB This item comes with the case and 2 layers of pre-cut shadow foam – the foam is empty (no items are included).
The pre-cut foam in this kit is not able to be altered – please contact us for other/bespoke foam layouts.
