Description
This illuminated windsock is designed as a standalone unit for both day & night helicopter operations. Suited for use onboard shipboard heliports on aviation-capable superyachts & cruise ships, the unit also conforms to CAP437 installation requirements for helidecks on offshore oil & gas rigs. They can also be used at land-based facilities, including remote landing sites.
The unit is portable and neatly packaged in a compact container, making it easy to assemble/disassemble and install safely in various locations.
The windsock is powered by rechargeable batteries and will be required to ship as Dangerous Goods.
